This morning at 9:44, I got a call from 01704546853 but struggled to follow what the caller was saying due to a really strong foreign accent. I ended up asking them to ring back later, though I wasn’t totally sure about it at the time. The background noise, which sounded like radio comms or similar, made it impossible to hear properly. If they were with BT, I couldn’t confirm because all that noise drowned out their voice. Not sure if it was genuine or some sort of scam. Just recently had Sky fibre installed, only about a week ago tomorrow.

On 15th Feb at around 9:44am, I got a call from someone with a really thick accent that I couldn’t make out properly. The background noise was awful too - sounded like people yelling over some kind of radio or phone system, like an answering service. It was so loud I couldn’t hear what was being said, so I asked if they could repeat themselves but then just ended up hanging up. From what little I caught, it mentioned BT, and since I only just got fibre internet from Sky last week, I’m quite wary that it could’ve been a dodgy scam call.
