Got a call back from some solar firm today. They wanted to follow up about something. Bit unexpected but okay.

I think a solar firm from Southport has been trying to ring me back after I sent in a quote request online. I've missed a couple of calls from that area, and I'm pretty sure it’s them. Sounds like a genuine caller since it’s linked to something I enquired about.

I tried calling back a missed call from a number that looked almost identical to a legit solar panel firm. When I phoned again, no one answered. Bit fishy if you ask me.

They called me by my name, but then hung up straight away.

Picked up the call but there was total silence on the other end before they just hung up.

I've now added it to my blacklist through BT Call Protect - it's a free service if you’re with BT - so it won’t get through anymore. I’d recommend others do the same to avoid getting hassled by these annoying calls.
