Just a heads up, these folks aren’t actually BT themselves - they’re more like a middleman selling BT services. They can be pretty dodgy and might claim they’re BT directly, but that’s not true. While they’re allowed to sell BT lines, you’ll honestly get way better offers if you go straight to BT. If you’re not sure, try searching the BT number you trust to ring. I found their approach rather dubious.

I was a bit hesitant to call back this number because of the mixed feedback I saw, but I’m really glad I took the chance. It’s a legit number linked to BT Business here in the UK. I chatted with three people from their team - Ashley, Warren and Dean - and they were fantastic. They helped fix loads of problems that my local business support caused, went the extra mile to get my line working again and patiently explained all the stuff I was agreeing to.
