I keep getting calls from this company asking for someone who's never lived here. I've explained that their person has a number like mine and asked them to remove me from their list, but the calls just won’t stop. My sister used them for replacement windows once, and they ended up dropping something through her conservatory roof. Getting them to fix the damage was a nightmare, took ages and we had to push hard, especially dealing with one of their directors who held back some payment before they’d come back and sort the roof out.

I reckon this must be Smith's double glazing, as they keep pestering me with calls for someone who isn't me. I've explained on multiple occasions that I’m not the individual they're after, yet they persist. It seems my number is just a hair's breadth away from theirs, which might be the reason for the mix-up.
