I've been getting calls from this number pretty much every day, sometimes up to three times, with someone pretending to be from Microsoft Windows support. I've had lots of calls this week from someone with an asian accent saying they're from Windows support. Told them to stop calling me but they keep ringing. Honestly, BT should step in and block these scammers asap.

It’s been going on for about a week now, ringing two or three times daily. I just don’t pick up and let the answerphone do its thing. If it matters, surely they can say who they are and drop a message. Since they never bother, I see no reason to return the call.

I've been getting lots of calls from someone named 'Alison' claiming to be with the 'Windows tech support team'. The number shows up as being from Southend on Sea, but it's pretty clear this is a call centre. If you don't go along with what they want, the caller can get really rude. Definitely a scam - best to just ignore it.

An Asian lady was insisting that there was a virus on our Windows computer. Things took a rather hostile turn once we mentioned that we had just put up some new curtains in the bedroom windows. Quite a bizarre encounter, I must say!
