I got a call about some heating maintenance scheme and they wanted to go over the last payment for a 3-year service I supposedly signed up for. When I mentioned I don't even have gas or electric storage heaters in my home, the person got quite pushy and said he didn’t believe me. He also said the call was being recorded and that they'd send me paperwork about the final payment, which apparently is now more than £300. Quite a weird call overall.
