12 yearsI received a rather unwelcome call from these people this evening. Initially, I was contacted from a different number - 01933806960, if I recall correctly. I’m absolutely fed up with these incessant calls. When I answered in hopes of telling them to kindly leave me be, I was met with silence on the line. Just moments later, they rang me again, this time from another number. They insisted that I had been involved in a road traffic accident over the past couple of years. I attempted to interject, but she simply blurted out, “I’m speaking.” When I expressed my frustration about these constant disturbances, she had the audacity to claim it was my own doing for supposedly signing up for their calls online. I have never put my number on any site for that very reason! Despite my protests, she continued to talk over me and became increasingly impolite. In a fit of exasperation, I snapped back at her and terminated the call. Is there truly no authority we can report these sorts of companies to? I’m beyond frustration with the sheer volume of calls. I approached my phone provider, but all they suggested was downloading an app, leaving me feeling utterly powerless.
