Got a call on the house phone from a bloke who sounded Asian, saying he was with BT Openreach and they needed to update our router. I found it odd they were ringing from a local number - I didn’t think Openreach did that. I stayed on the line for a bit but couldn’t really catch what he was saying because of his accent. Felt a bit iffy about it, so I just hung up thinking it was probably some kind of scam.
