I received a call from a company claiming to be Smile Publishers, who were pushing advertising opportunities in NHS-related publications-apparently.

I had an extremely pushy phone call from a sales representative claiming to be affiliated with the NHS. They simply refused to accept my polite declines and went so far as to inform me that I could expect another call next year for their annual sales talk. Quite relentless, to say the least!
