I picked up but nobody was on the other end, felt a bit dodgy though.

Got a call from someone with an Indian accent who said his name was Alex and claimed he was from Talktalk. He told me our router was apparently sending error notices to their system. But as soon as I questioned him, he just ended the call. Seems to me this was probably the start of some dodgy business, so I’ve labelled the number as "Dangerous".

Got a call but no voicemail was left. Tried calling back and was met with a recorded voice saying, "Sorry, the line's busy right now, give it another go later."

Got a call from a Southend on Sea number, all I could hear was the typical noisy chatter in the background before they just cut off. Since I've looked up this number like 24 times already, I'm starting to think it might be dodgy or risky to answer.
