I got a call from some magazine or sumting, automated of course. I'd never come across it before, and the message sounded kinda scary, so I figured it was just spam!

Today (30 Oct 2019) I decided to call back that number. Turns out, it’s actually a legit restaurant. They must be getting tons of calls now from folks like me who got a ring claiming to be from there, only to hear the typical scammer spiel ("Good morning, sir/madam - how are you today?"). If this is some sort of mix-up, I feel sorry for the restaurant having to deal with it.
