I firmly declined to respond, politely mentioning that I don't reveal personal details. He then probed further, inquiring about my employment status-whether I was still working or had retired. Again, I informed him that I do not divulge personal information, to which he retorted that it wasn’t a personal question. I reiterated my stance, wishing him well, and ended the call. Would you believe it? Just half a minute later, my other mobile started ringing with the same number, so I opted not to answer. It’s quite clear my information can only have originated from my mobile service provider, as he was evidently working through a list, calling both of my phones in succession. It would be rather intriguing to find out if others share the same provider as I do-3. My golden rule with unsolicited calls is straightforward: never confirm or share any personal details.
