Got a call from some lady with a strange accent, saying I had two Amazon Prime accounts or something like that. She wanted me to switch on my laptop and do what she said to fix it. Honestly, it felt dodgy to me. Pretty sure she was just trying to sneak into my bank and card details to steal my cash.

I've come across a dodgy outfit posing as Amazon, attempting to trick you into downloading an app named Anydesk. This app supposedly allows remote access to your device, all under the guise of helping you cancel a transaction supposedly made by someone else using your account. Be wary!

Got a call claiming it was from Amazon, saying there was some huge charge on my account. They told me to press 1 if I wanted to report the fraud, or press 2 to supposedly sort it out - felt like pressing that would just make things worse! Quite dodgy if you ask me.
