Rang me three times this afternoon without fail. The call cuts off as soon as I pick up! When I return the call, I just get a bland message. It’s a bit dodgy, especially since Ofcom has made it clear that they’re not supposed to ring more than four times a day. Quite annoying, really!

I received a call from the collections team at NatWest regarding my Mastercard. If you need to get in touch, you can dial that same number back whenever you wish to have a chat. We reached out today, sorted out our direct debit, and managed to bring our account up to date. Plus, we lodged a formal complaint about the incessant 30 to 40 calls I’ve been receiving each month due to being just a fortnight late with our minimum payment. They’ve informed us that an internal compliance review will be conducted, as this level of harassment isn’t permissible (you can check out the Consumer Action Group website for more info). I’d encourage anyone else facing similar issues to take the same steps.

We're presuming this was regarding a Nat West Visa. A call came through on Friday from an 0845 number, and we let them know to touch base again after the weekend. They mentioned they’d be ringing throughout the weekend, which turned out to be the case. I ended up receiving three calls from that same 0845 number yesterday, and another one came in today (Sunday) as well. Quite persistent, aren't they?

They've claimed they were calling from NatWest, promising to discuss a private banking issue and insisted on obtaining our security information. Naturally, I decided to get in touch with the bank directly using the official number. To my surprise, they informed me that this isn’t a number they recognise as being associated with them.
