This company has reached out to us multiple times, despite our requests to have our details removed from their records. When we spoke to one of their lads, he rather rudely told us to take a hike! Quite the professional establishment, I must say. The next day, we received yet another call; as we tried to recount our previous encounter, the young lady on the line simply cut us off! Charming, isn't it?

We recently answered our mobile to this number after experiencing several missed calls previously. Right off the bat, they got our name wrong, which instantly raised our suspicions about it being a scam. We promptly informed them that they'd dialled the wrong number, but they proceeded to ask if they could chat with us regardless. We flatly declined. Then, either out of desperation or confusion, they had the audacity to inquire if we were speaking to a "Serena." We reiterated our refusal, and after a bit of back-and-forth, they finally admitted they must have the wrong information. I'm relieved we avoided any further conversation after checking out some other reviews!

Earlier today, we received a call at our workplace on our mobile. We never disclose our number to businesses we have no dealings with, and we regularly choose to opt out of such lists. I've held onto this number for over a decade, so it's quite infuriating to think it might end up on some spam directory. Before we got a chance to give the caller a piece of our minds, the lass on the line mentioned she was representing Financial Solutions. But here's the kicker - I’ve done my homework and can’t find any trace of that company in Southend. It’s all rather dodgy, if you ask me!
