Received yet another call from this number, claiming it was about my computer. I can't say this is the first time! I simply told her to erase my information-hoping they might be recording the conversation-and hung up on her. After that, I promptly blocked the number.

My elderly mother received a phone call today, which struck her as rather peculiar considering it's a bank holiday. There was no identifying information, and the number was unfamiliar. Honestly, these calls are becoming a nuisance of epic proportions in our daily lives. Even with ex-directory numbers, the TPS, and Silent Call Guard, we still can't seem to escape their grasp. They create so much frustration and unease, and for what purpose? It beggars belief that anyone could be profiting from this. For further guidance, have a look at www.ico.gov.uk.

I received a rather dubious phone call today, where the caller insisted they required remote access to my computer to 'sort out' some issues. They alleged to represent a firm based in London. Utterly fraudulent, so best to steer clear of them!

Just as I picked up the phone, they hung up on me. What a bunch of jokers! I was all set to share my entire life saga. Perhaps I'll have better luck next time!

At precisely 14:43 today, I had a rather shoddy call. The chap on the other end claimed his name was Brian, of all things. He proceeded to inquire whether I owned a computer. I couldn't help but throw him a curveball by asking why on earth I would need a heater in this rather mild weather. Oddly enough, he decided to hang up shortly after.
