Got a call from someone called ‘Millie’ who asked if I’d had a car crash recently, so I said yes, thinking I might be transferred somewhere to stop the calls. But instead, she kept going with some robotic questions. Then when I said ‘no’ to whether I was hurt in the crash, the voice just said ‘sorry’ and claimed it'd remove me from their calls. Bit of an odd way for it to work.
