This number has rung me up a couple of times today and a few times yesterday too. They claim to be from Microsoft and say there’s something wrong with my computer. The thing is, I haven’t got a computer at all! They keep insisting I switch it on and log in so they can do some ‘upgrades’. When I told them I don’t own one, the caller shouted down the phone, accusing me of lying and insisting they know I have one. They even threatened to block my computer so I wouldn’t be able to use it. I’m posting this for my 90-year-old mum, who definitely doesn’t have a computer.
