I received a call from someone who said she was Janet Lynch, pretending to work for the Visa Security team at Barclays, regarding some supposed "unauthorised transactions" on my credit card. I soon realised it was all a ploy to con me!

Janet Lynch got a call from someone claiming to be with Barclaycard Visa Security, saying there was some fraud on her card. The English was really hard to understand, nothing like the real people at Barclaycard’s official call centre. They kept insisting she give out random bank info that made no sense. When she asked why they needed that, they just ended up hanging up on her.
