Somebody rang saying they were from BT Openreach pushing this "faster broadband" deal. I told them I'm locked into my current broadband contract for a year and always check comparison sites before making any moves. I warned them not to trust random cold callers since they might be dodgy, but they got all defensive and acted like I was insulting them or something... quite funny really!

Just got a call from this number, they said they were from Sky Broadband and used my name too. The moment I told them I’m not with Sky, they ended the call straight away. Felt pretty dodgy to me.
