Got a few calls claiming to be from my internet provider, then switched to someone from Microsoft...they passed me onto a so-called tech who said he could fix my dodgy computer. Then, out of nowhere, he gave his name as John from Amazon! Proper confusing, bless them. After I toyed with them a bit, they just ended the call.
