I just had to call back the number and turned out it was a mate I hadn’t heard from in ages. We ended up having a proper long natter.

After a few quiet weeks, the calls have kicked off again today. I got a second call coming from a number that supposedly belongs to Lanarkshire. I ignored it this time and let it ring into my voicemail. Strange thing is, they let the message run but didn’t actually say anything before hanging up. It’s pretty frustrating, especially because I’ve got family and mates living around there. I’d think they’d leave a proper message, but if it’s bad news, maybe they wouldn’t.
