It keeps calling me but only rings a couple times before hanging up. When I tried calling back, it just says the number isn't reachable.

For ages this number keeps ringing me, sometimes even a couple times a day. Today it called once or twice around 3.30pm and then just stopped when I answered. I’m not feeling great at the moment, so this is just adding to my stress which I really don’t want. I’ve tried blocking the number, but it somehow keeps getting through anyway.
