I received a telephone call regarding issues with my TalkTalk router, and I must say, the quality of the call was rather dreadful, almost as if it were a long-distance connection. The caller had an Indian accent and their command of English wasn't quite up to scratch. TalkTalk has since verified that this was indeed a scam.
