The moment I interjected with, "I’m really not interested, thank you," he suddenly exclaimed, "it's not!" Perplexed by his response, I inquired, "It’s not what?" to which he frantically blurted out, "it's a trap," before abruptly ending the call. I can't quite put my finger on what just transpired, but the whole encounter reeked of a scam from the very beginning.

Got a call today from this number about loft insulation, even though I had mine done a couple of years back. He mentioned that I would be sent a letter to start an official check on my loft insulation.
