I got a call and it took ages before anyone said anything. Then someone asked if I was XXX and claimed to be from Home Energy Scotland. After that, there was a weird silence with some odd sounds before they just ended the call. I contacted Home Energy Scotland afterwards, and they told me that number’s not theirs and they never call like that.
