I received a phone call claiming to be from EE Mobile, telling me about a substantial discount on my current contract. However, the person on the other end didn't sound very credible at all. Feeling wary, I opted to reach out to EE directly. They assured me that the number was indeed a scam!

This was clearly a scam from EE - just trying to rip people off and grab your cash. Totally dodgy and fraudulent behaviour. Stay away!

I picked up thinking it might be someone I was waiting for, but it was a man speaking with an Indian accent claiming to be from the 3 network. For some reason, I just got a weird vibe and told him I wasn’t able to chat right now. He asked me twice if he could ring back later, but I firmly said no. After that, I checked this website and felt relieved that my gut feeling was spot on.

Luckily I didn't pick up, as my phone flagged the number as possible scam. I'm going to block it straight away. Just a heads-up for anyone else who sees this number.

Got a call from a place claiming to be EE MOBILE, saying they had some massive discounts on phones and SIMs. They asked for my full name and address first, then started probing for bank info. I’m pretty sure they were just fishing to scam me. Watch out!

They didnt leave a voicemail so I decided to ring em back, but the call dropped straight away. Looks like a dodgy spam or scam to me.
