I've no contacts in Scotland with this landline, so I reckon it's a scam and have already blocked the caller. If you don't have a call blocker, I'd seriously recommend getting one - honestly, the best £50 I've ever spent. Whenever a dodgy number rings, you just block it and it won't bother you again. It also stops withheld and international numbers, which is a lifesaver. Unfortunately, these scammers keep switching up their phone numbers like the lists here suggest, it's really frustrating. Seems like no one's bothered to fix this issue properly though.
