I got a call from 01698631797 and the person sounded like they worked in a call centre, maybe dealing with insurance claims or something like that. They kept going on about some claim I supposedly made, but I don’t even remember doing anything related. Felt a bit dodgy to me, so I just hung up. Be careful if you get a call from that number!

This number called me earlier, and the person on the line knew my name. They claimed to be from ATE and talked about some sort of road traffic accident. They asked if it was me or anyone living with me involved, but I denied it and ended the call. The woman speaking sounded like she had a Liverpool accent, which was strange because the call came from Motherwell! Weird one.
