I've got no clue who this is, but they've joined the ranks of my ever-growing collection of over a hundred blocked numbers. What a right bunch of nuisances!

this has happened to me too and I’m convinced it’s a scam. they call over and over but always from a different phone number. looks like they’re getting uk landline numbers from some online sellers. so far i’ve had calls from 16 different numbers all around the uk. who on earth would a proper company behave like this? i’ve reported it to the ico already.

I got a call regarding a car crash I was in a few months back. The caller knew exactly when it happened, what kind of car I drive, my name and even my landline number. They asked why I hadn’t filed for any compensation saying “the other driver hit you,” which isn’t true at all. They never told me which company they were from, and when I tried calling them back, all I got was music on the line. Pretty sketchy if you ask me.
