I received a call from someone claiming to be from a mortgage advisory firm, which I found rather puzzling as I don’t have a mortgage! I expressed my discomfort since I'm on the Telephone Preference Service list, and the chap on the other end was exceedingly rude and condescending! Quite an unpleasant experience, to say the least!
