I got a call from someone claiming to be from 3, saying they wanted to lower my bill 'cause others were leaving over poor service. They promised a discount but then asked me how much I was paying before - shouldn’t they already have that info? I couldn’t recall exactly, so they asked for my postcode to set up a new account. Seriously, if they're from 3, they should know this stuff. Once I questioned them, they just gave up. Later, I got another call from the same crew but this time from a mobile number, which I also reported.
