This number keeps ringing incessantly, and when I attempt to return the call, it says that they don’t accept incoming calls! What a nuisance!

I received a call from this number as well, and I must admit, it feels rather dodgy to me.

I'm getting daily calls even while I'm on my holiday overseas. They hang up just after a few seconds.

I received a couple of missed calls from this number. Today, they finally got in touch with us, and it turns out they're from HSBC’s customer service and retention team. They were checking in about a credit card application we submitted. I feel fairly assured that this call was legitimate.

The phone rang just the once before cutting off unceremoniously.

Today, we received a missed call from this number. When we returned the call, we were greeted with a pre-recorded message stating that it was from HSBC and that there was nothing more we needed to do. Quite strange, really.

I've just received a missed call from this number. In the past, when it was linked to HSBC, we would have deemed it legitimate. However, seeing as we've recently asked them to give us a bell regarding some issues with our online banking while we're overseas, I'm a bit concerned. Phoning them directly would really sting my pocket!

Absolutely, it's certainly a marketing call from HSBC, and there's really no need to call them back.

I received an unanswered call at 11:27 in the evening! Seems a bit dodgy, if you ask me.

Received a call from this number, but I don't hold an HSBC account. I've certainly had encounters with various numbers that others have also associated with HSBC. Interestingly, I just set up an account with NatWest recently. Are these entities now intertwined in some way, as if they've merged or formed a connection?

I just received a missed call from this number as well! It really gets on my nerves wondering what this is all about.

We've had a couple of calls from this number, but each time we've tried to answer, the line's been totally dead on our end. Subsequently, we received a message from our service provider indicating that we’d missed a call from this number. Today, we decided to return the call, only to hear a recorded message saying, "You’ve been contacted by HSBC. Please do not return this call." A month ago, we asked for a downgrade on our account, and they told us we would be getting a call this week. This all seems a bit odd, doesn’t it? Why wouldn’t they simply call us directly and have a proper conversation?

Received a call just now. It’s been over three years since we shut down our HSBC account, and yet these folks are chasing us to discuss it. A word of advice: steer clear of these individuals!

Fifteen calls in a row! They ring once and then just hang up. It’s absolutely maddening!

Called the number once and as soon as I tried to return the call, it echoed back that this number doesn’t receive incoming calls. Quite odd, really!

I received a call from this number earlier today as well. I’ve got two accounts with HSBC and one with NatWest. Our NatWest account hasn’t seen any action for quite some time, so that could be the reason for the call. I also hold a credit card with HSBC, which I haven’t touched yet since I intended it solely for emergencies. Perhaps they’re a tad miffed about the lack of interest they’re earning from me?

Today, we received a call from this number. We had just applied for an HSBC credit card and had a chat with them earlier. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to answer the phone when they tried to reach us!

I received what was allegedly a "service call" from HSBC. However, the individuals on the line insisted that we answer a series of security questions before they'd proceed, which certainly raised some red flags for me.
