We got a call from this number and some lady who sounded Indian started chatting away. My missus couldn’t make out anything she was saying because the background noise was awful. Her English was really poor, so we had no clue who was calling. My wife just ended up blocking the number straight away. Honestly, I’d just tell B.T to ensure their call centre staff speak proper English - no offence meant by that at all though.
