On 23/04/24 around 12:29, I got a call from someone claiming to be Rachel from Amazon. She said there was a charge of £599 on my credit card and they’d spotted some dodgy stuff going on with my Amazon account. The caller then told me to press 1 or 2 if I wanted to speak with them, but it was obvious it was a scam.
