We rang the 0800 number, and they confirmed that the number 01698304536 belongs to them. It's worth filing a complaint with the Telephone Preference Service, as it's not right for these individuals to contact you unless they're indeed pursuing a debt. We reckon what they’re really trying to do is make things awkward for your neighbour, which is quite frankly disgraceful.

I’ve had quite the run-in with a debt collection agency that seemed to be hounding my neighbours. They’ve been insisting that one make a call to deal with outstanding debts. Thankfully, we were able to negotiate a payment arrangement in the end. It's definitely advisable to pick up the phone and reach out because these folks won’t just disappear if left alone. It’s frankly appalling how they operate, isn't it?

What a right bunch of rascals, they’ve gone and rung our next-door neighbour as well! Honestly, we felt proper awkward when she popped over, almost as if we were in hot water! If anyone’s got a clue about who these blokes are, do share, please! We tried giving the number a bell ourselves, but the voicemail that picked up just blabbed on about their hours and insisted we provide our name, number, and extension - as if I’d actually fall for that! Not a chance! Keep your wits about you, folks! x

I decided to call the number of the folks next door to relay a message, but it turns out they live beside my parents rather than beside us. Is this something I was permitted to do? We're not familiar with these individuals or their intentions, which raises a bit of a question, doesn't it?

These folks have a toll-free number - just give them a ring back on that. It’ll cost them every time you try to call. The number is 0800 953 8100.

I received a call from these individuals, and when I asked for the purpose, they were utterly uncooperative. Quite cheeky, if you ask me!

Received a dubious call from an unknown number.

I can't believe that this company contacted our neighbour in an attempt to reach our partner. How utterly intrusive! Surely, they're not permitted to behave in such a manner? Absolutely dreadful!

Has anyone got a clue who these individuals might be? They reached out to our neighbours and asked them to get in touch with us. We haven't acted on this yet. Should I go ahead and give them a ring?

My neighbour popped over to share that someone had been trying to reach our former acquaintance using the phone. I decided to give the company a ring, but I was quite disappointed; their service was rather lacking. I ended up having a right go at them about their code of conduct and the audacity of contacting neighbours. I mean, what on earth is their policy regarding client confidentiality? The company in question was NETWORK CREDIT SERVICES, and their number is 01698 304536.

A chap named Brian called in, asking us to pass a message along to a neighbour a couple of houses down. He wanted them to get back to him on extension 460601. We went ahead and relayed the message, but the neighbour seemed rather wary and declined to return the call. Quite an odd situation, really!

That number rang our neighbours on my behalf, requesting that they drop a note to us and have us call them back with reference number 503817. Sounds rather dodgy, doesn’t it? Definitely raises a few eyebrows, especially with similar complaints cropping up on other sites. Surely this isn’t above board!

I've been getting calls from a debt collection agency that’s been bothering everyone around me, urging them to contact them and resolve their debt issues. Thankfully, we eventually got it sorted with a payment plan. Honestly, if you're in a similar boat, it's far more effective to give them a ring rather than letting them harass your neighbours. They certainly won't just disappear if ignored. It's quite appalling, really.

It appears to be quite a standard practice. Given that I’ve been signed up with the Telephone Preference Service for quite some time now, I went ahead and lodged a complaint. I would encourage others to do the same!

I've just had a rather peculiar experience at work today. A note appeared through our letterbox, sent by a neighbour who, intriguingly, has the same phone number as us. It raises quite a few eyebrows, doesn't it? Surely it's a bit dodgy - I mean, is it really acceptable for folks to be ringing up your neighbours to reach you? If someone genuinely wanted to have a word with you, one would assume they’d have your digits already. And what’s happened to the charm of scribbling a good old-fashioned letter, eh? It seems like those days are long gone!
