There’s gotta be some way to triple the fees for these nuisance calls, so it hits them where it hurts. That’d sort it out pretty quickly, I reckon.

I got a call from this number saying my internet would be disconnected, which was really strange since I'd just chatted with my provider about something else and they didn’t say anything about cutting off my service. Bit worrying to think if this is some kind of scam, especially in case I need the line for an emergency and it’s blocked up with this mess. I just had an unsolicited phone call from this number, where the caller claimed to be from the Home Advice Centre! When I mentioned that we had no connection to the H.A.C., the woman on the line had the audacity to exclaim, “You’re so thick!”

A bloke with a Scottish accent called, and when I said we weren’t interested, he just didn’t listen. I mentioned we’re on the TPS list, but he kept interrupting me. Then he said he’d call again later to talk to my husband! I tried to tell him not to bother ringing back, but he kept saying “bye, bye, bye” like he was in a hurry. Proper rude the lot of it!
