I’ve never used Go Daddy before, but I recently signed up for several domains. I have a call blocker set up, but they still manage to bypass it, just like a few others mentioned here. I’ve also been swamped with loads of spam emails from different Indian businesses. What’s odd is they all seem to use Outlook[###] emails. Any message showing a generic email in my inbox gets straight dumped in my rubbish folder. No respectable company would be using a free email service, that’s for sure.

From my experience, I’d say do what I’ve been doing for years - get yourself a CPR call blocker (and no, I’m not getting paid to say that!). I think they grab my number through a WHOIS search since I buy domains quite regularly. They ring from India, trying to push website-related services. They keep switching between loads of UK landlines and mobiles, no matter what I say. I can spot them easily cause I register domains with different names. When I check the sender names in the emails, there’s loads of different ones, but they all use Gmail accounts - really? Would you trust a web designer who emails from a generic Gmail or any random non-custom domain? It’s simple to check their source and report them to their ISP. That number isn't linked to the domain owner at all. So, blaming them or hoping switching the domain registration will fix anything is pointless. Your best bet is going for domain privacy or listing a fake contact number instead. Honestly, you're pushing it close to breaking the site’s rules, so if you wanna keep doing that, just be aware you’re taking a risk.
