Just like Rhett, I received a call from this number and they hung up abruptly. Does anyone have a clue who it might be?

Got a couple of calls from Harringtons Advisory about some PPI claims or something. They never left any voicemails, so I rang them back to check who it was. When I spoke to them, they said they were working on my PPI claim - which is weird because I never even made one!
