Got a call supposedly from Sky’s tech support asking about my internet setup. I said to him, if he was really from Sky, he must have my details already. Then I told him he should know my name if he’s legit, but he said he only had my phone number (which didn’t sound right since Sky normally knows who they call). When I mentioned I might not even be a Sky customer, he just ended the call!
