Got a call from a guy called Mark who sounded Indian or Pakistani, saying he was from BT. He told me my internet had switched from private to public, likely hacked or something, and that BT had spotted some dodgy activity. I just said "Oh, right" and he ended the call straight away. Sounds like the usual scam to get into my computer, but weirdly he said BT this time instead of the common Microsoft trick.
