I recently encountered this number, which appears to belong to a debt management firm based in Portsmouth. They seem to be utilising an exchange to present themselves as a local caller. From what I've gathered, they actually purchase your information from a firm named DAP Finance and other financial institutions. Subsequently, they ring you up with lofty promises about becoming debt-free. While I suppose that's all well and good, the real concern emerges when you've not even sought credit and yet find yourself on their list. It raises some serious questions about how they obtained your personal details in the first place!
