Got a call from someone saying they were with Talktalk, telling me my line was messed up and might get cut off unless I pressed 1 or 2 to fix it. What’s odd is that I’m already in the middle of chatting with Talktalk’s tech support about a problem. Bit suspicious if you ask me!

Got a call from a bloke saying he was with BT, told me my internet and landline were on the verge of being disconnected. He then told me to press 1 for this or 2 for that... seemed a bit dodgy to me.
