Got another call claiming to be from BT, trying to sort out a problem that doesn’t exist. Just blocked it straight away.

Some bloke saying he was from BT Openreach sounded like he had an Indian accent and told me my internet would be down for like 25 days. I called him out on it and he just ended the call straight away.

I just let it ring out since I didn’t know the number. Seems like a pretty clear scam to me.

I got a call from this number but missed it, so I called back. A really sensible bloke answered and told me I was the 20th person to ring him. He reckons someone’s using his number for scams.
