These nonstop random calls are really starting to annoy me.

Today at work, I got several calls from this number pretending to be someone legit. The bloke had a funny foreign accent and claimed he was calling from BT. He tried to get me to hand over my bank details - sort code and account number - saying I’d get a 3-month discount if I did. Definitely seemed dodgy to me.

this is the second day in a row ive got a call from a lady speaking with a thick european accent saying she was from bt. she kept asking me for my sort code and bank account number to get some kind of three month deal. the phone number she called from wasnt the same as yesterdays, but when i told her id already had the same call, she said she was aware and insisted she just needed my bank info. i ended the call straight away.
