I got a call that seemed like a scam, said it was from 02, but it was really hard to hang up on them. After I finally ended the call, I tried ringing the number again myself. Instead of 02, an automated message from the ‘Energy Department’ came on. I’ve gone ahead and blocked that number now.

I picked up the phone, and then the voice said something like "Thanks for ringing heating," but before I could say anything, it went straight to "Sorry, all our lines are busy." Quite annoying really!
