Got two calls from the same number before 3 this afternoon, some automated voice saying I owe £95 for an Amazon Prime subscription and asking me to press buttons. I never put up with that kind of nonsense, so I hung up straight away and made sure to report it. What’s sneaky is they were using a local number to try and seem legit, but since my number’s on the Telephone Preference Service, I hardly get these kinds of scam or marketing calls at all.
