They called from some management consultancy sayin they need £500 to sign up with schools. Seems like they pick out businesses that already do the same kind of work as them. Bit dodgy if you ask me.

They're targeting small businesses, asking for at least £500 just to get on their so-called "register". And if you're interested in doing "LED upgrades," prepare to shell out another £500 on top of that! The ones I know who work in schools have never even heard of this register. Just imagine - a school trusting strangers who’ve paid to be on some list to carry out maintenance around kids? That doesn't sound right to me at all.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from a school supplies company. They wanted me to be the exclusive provider for local academies in my postcode, and it would be a one-time fee of £500. Seemed a bit dodgy to me.
