Yesterday, I got a call from a man with a Chinese accent, sounded like he was from somewhere in the orient, using the number 001708171140. He said he was a TalkTalk engineer and claimed my router was hacked or something! Pretty sure it was a scam.

Got a call from 01691654372 but when I answered there was nothing, just silence, then they just ended the call.

I received a phone call from a gentleman with a foreign accent claiming to be from TalkTalk, insisting that there were issues with my router. I didn't trust the call, so I politely asked him not to ring me again, suspecting it might be a scam. He promptly hung up after that.
