Got called by some fraudsters again! They claimed I have a £39.99 monthly Amazon subscription that would be charged soon unless I press 1 to talk to someone and cancel it. Tried a bit of a different approach this time, but it was a total scam since I don’t even have Amazon Prime. Pretty obvious rubbish really.

So this guy with an Asian accent called me pretending to be from Amazon, saying there was a purchase attempt of £800 on my account. I told him straight away that I don’t even have an Amazon account, and even if I did, Amazon wouldn’t ring up like that, it’s obviously a scam. I just hung up after that.
